Multivendor Service S.r.l. is proud to announce that it has been officially awarded a major contract by the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato S.p.A. (IPZS), the Italian State Printing Works and Mint. The agreement covers all services related to the infrastructure for electronic passports (PE) and electronic residence permits (PSE) issued by Italian embassies worldwide.

The contract, won through a competitive European tender, entrusts Multivendor Service with the full management of activities supporting Italian diplomatic missions abroad. The goal is to guarantee secure, efficient, and continuous issuance of digital travel documents.

Key services include:

  • Operational Support: project management, operational takeover, daily service management, and assistance throughout each phase.
  • Hardware, Software & Supplies: delivery of advanced passport workstations, related software, and consumables.
  • Training: dedicated programs for embassy staff to ensure systems are used effectively and securely.
  • Installation & Disposal: setup of new equipment and environmentally responsible disposal of outdated devices.

Throughout the project, Multivendor Service will apply strict quality standards, compliance with safety rules, and full legal responsibility for all operations. The company is also ready to adapt to changes in service volumes, as required by IPZS.
