Berlin is the only federal state in Germany with a special guarantee program for migrant entrepreneurs. The BürgschaftsBank Berlin (BBB) and the Senate aim to support the high willingness of refugees to start their own businesses. The BBBwelcome program is designed to help founders become independent of their relatives and, above all, to encourage women to empower themselves through a startup.
